Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Partnerships to join our team and lead our partnership efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with strategic partners, including banks, mortgage lenders, and real estate brokers. This is a key role in the organization, as partnerships will be a critical driver of growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including banks, mortgage lenders, and real estate brokers.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of partnership strategies.
- Use data and analytics to measure and optimize partnership performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships or business development, preferably in the fintech or mortgage industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market trends and customer needs into actionable partnership strategies.
- Data-driven with a strong understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fully billingual
Note: As we are a newly launched company, this role will be critical to our success and growth. The Head of Sales & Partnerships will have the opportunity to build and shape our partnership strategy from the ground up and work closely with the executive team to drive the company's overall success.
